My approach to helping children is based in cognitive-behavioral therapy, focusing on changing thought patterns to help with the daily functions of life. I find this approach very effective for behavioral struggles and the ability to keep to routine. Outside of work, I practice jiu-jitsu almost everyday, and love being physically active. I also love reading books, my favorite series being Frank Herbert's 'Dune', as well as caring for my garden and going to live comedy and music.
